- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
- Mix the peanut butter, brown sugar, and maple syrup (or honey) in a mixing bowl until well combined.
- Add the eggs, baking soda, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the lined baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the edges are golden and the center is set but soft.
- Cool for 10-15 minutes, then lift out using the parchment paper, cool completely, and cut into squares.
