Description

A delicious and easy No Bake Oreo Cheesecake with a creamy texture and rich chocolate flavor of Oreos, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 16 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Additional Oreos for topping

Instructions

  1. Begin by crushing the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter.
  3. Mix until well-combined, then press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form a firm crust.
  4. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until it’s smooth and creamy.
  5. Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until everything is well combined.
  6. Fold in the whipped cream gently to keep it light and airy.
  7. Pour the creamy cheesecake mixture over the crust evenly.
  8. If desired, top with additional crushed Oreos or whole Oreos for decoration.
  9. Cover the springform pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  10. When ready to serve, take it out of the fridge, remove the springform, and slice into pieces.

Notes
