Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9-inch round cake pan to prevent sticking.
- Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

- Stir in the milk, fresh lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
