Description

Delightful mini cheesecakes that combine rich flavors of classic cheesecake in bite-sized treats, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • Toppings of your choice (fruits, chocolate, caramel, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Make the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter in a bowl, then press into muffin tins.
  3. Prepare the filling by beating cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add 1 cup sugar and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition.
  5. Fill the muffin tins with the cream cheese filling about two-thirds full.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until centers are set but slightly jiggly.
  7. Cool at room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  8. Top with your choice of toppings before serving.
