A fun and creamy no-bake dessert made with vanilla pudding and crunchy Oreo cookies.

- 1 package (3.9 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
- 1 package (about 14–16) Oreo cookies, coarsely crushed
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the pudding: In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until smooth. Let it sit for about 5 minutes or until it thickens.
- Mix in the whipped topping: Gently fold the thawed whipped topping into the pudding mixture until blended.
- Add the Oreos and marshmallows: Stir in the coarsely crushed Oreo cookies and optional mini marshmallows, reserving some Oreo crumbs for topping.
- Chill: Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl or individual cups, sprinkle with reserved Oreo crumbs, and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes.
- Serve: Enjoy as is, or add more crushed Oreos or whipped cream on top before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. It’s best enjoyed sooner for the crunchiest texture.
