Description
Delightful baked churro bites with a crispy exterior and soft interior, coated in cinnamon sugar.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup water (120ml)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (57g)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (1.5g)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (60g)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (50g)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (2g)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine water, butter, and salt in a medium saucepan over medium heat until boiling.
- Remove from heat and stir in the flour until a smooth dough forms.
- Cool the dough for a few minutes.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each until smooth.
- Transfer dough to a piping bag fitted with a large star tip and pipe small portions onto the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a shallow dish.
- Toss warm churro bites in cinnamon sugar until well coated.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
