- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Optional: caramel sauce for drizzling
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a springform pan. Refrigerate to set.
- Make the cream cheese mixture: Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Whip the cream: Whip the heavy cream to soft peaks and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Layer the ingredients: Spread half of the cream cheese mixture on the crust, then layer half of the apple pie filling. Repeat with remaining mixture.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Serve: Slice, serve cold, and drizzle with optional caramel sauce.
Notes
For best results, chill the cheesecake overnight. Can be made with dairy-free ingredients.
