Description

A delicious dessert combining the flavors of apple pie and cheesecake, creamy and smooth with a delightful texture.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Optional: caramel sauce for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a springform pan. Refrigerate to set.
  2. Make the cream cheese mixture: Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Whip the cream: Whip the heavy cream to soft peaks and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Layer the ingredients: Spread half of the cream cheese mixture on the crust, then layer half of the apple pie filling. Repeat with remaining mixture.
  5. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  6. Serve: Slice, serve cold, and drizzle with optional caramel sauce.

Notes

For best results, chill the cheesecake overnight. Can be made with dairy-free ingredients.
