- 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
- Add the mini marshmallows and stir continuously until melted.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt after removing from heat.
- Combine the melted mixture with shredded coconut and Rice Krispies until well coated.
- Press the mixture evenly into a greased 9×9 inch pan using a spatula or damp hands.
- Cool the mixture completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
These treats can be enjoyed on their own or with ice cream, and can also be stored for about a week in an airtight container.
