Description

A delightful twist on the classic dessert featuring chewy marshmallows, crunchy Rice Krispies, and tropical coconut flavors.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
  2. Add the mini marshmallows and stir continuously until melted.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt after removing from heat.
  4. Combine the melted mixture with shredded coconut and Rice Krispies until well coated.
  5. Press the mixture evenly into a greased 9×9 inch pan using a spatula or damp hands.
  6. Cool the mixture completely before cutting into squares.

Notes
