- 4 cups Rice Krispies
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup hot cocoa mix
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Chocolate chips (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat.
- Add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in the hot cocoa mix and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the Rice Krispies and stir until fully coated.
- Grease a 9×13 inch pan and press the mixture evenly into the pan.
- Add chocolate chips on top while warm, if desired.
- Cool completely before cutting into squares.
