Description

Delicious and chewy treats combining the flavors of hot chocolate with classic Rice Krispies, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups Rice Krispies
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup hot cocoa mix
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chocolate chips (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat.
  2. Add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the hot cocoa mix and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the Rice Krispies and stir until fully coated.
  5. Grease a 9×13 inch pan and press the mixture evenly into the pan.
  6. Add chocolate chips on top while warm, if desired.
  7. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
