- 1 (3 ounce) box orange jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 cups Graham Cracker crumbs (about 14 sheets)
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- Pinch of salt
- 2 (8 ounce) blocks cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, divided
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Zest of 1 orange (optional)
Instructions
- Make the Orange Jello: Start by adding the orange jello powder to a heat-proof bowl. Pour in the boiling water and mix well with a whisk until dissolved. Set aside to cool for about 30 minutes.
- Prepare the Springform Pan: Spray the inside of a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray and line with parchment paper.
- Make the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine the Graham Cracker crumbs, melted butter, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined, then press into the bottom and sides of the prepared pan. Freeze for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare the Cheesecake Filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and 1 cup of powdered sugar together until smooth, about 2 minutes.
- Whip the heavy cream, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and orange zest until stiff peaks form. Fold half into the cream cheese mixture, then fold the remaining whipped cream into the cooled jello mixture.
- Assemble the Cheesecake: Alternate spooning the cream cheese mixture and jello mixture into the crust, creating layers. Swirl together for a marbled effect.
- Chill the Cheesecake: Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight until set.
- Serve the Cheesecake: Remove the springform pan sides and garnish with whipped cream and orange slices if desired. Slice and enjoy!

Store leftovers tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to five days. Not suitable for freezing.
