Description

Delightful fusion of crispy and chewy textures, with the rich flavor of peanut butter in a quick, no-bake treat.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows (optional)
  • Butter or cooking spray (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with butter or cooking spray.
  2. Mix together the corn syrup and granulated sugar in a large saucepan over medium heat until melted.
  3. Add the peanut butter and stir until fully incorporated.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Mix in mini marshmallows if using and stir until melted.
  6. Pour the Rice Krispies cereal into the pan and gently stir until fully coated.
  7. Press the mixture into the prepared baking pan evenly and compactly.
  8. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
