Description

A creamy and sweet no-bake strawberry cheesecake that is easy to make and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup strawberry puree (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the crust ingredients: In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until everything is evenly combined.
  2. Press into the pan: Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust. Make sure it’s firm and evenly spread.
  3. Prepare the cheesecake filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Whip the heavy cream: In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

  7. Add strawberries: Layer the sliced strawberries on top.
