Description

Nutella Cream-Filled Crepes are light, fluffy, and packed with the rich chocolate hazelnut flavor of Nutella, perfect for breakfast or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Nutella for filling
  • Whipped cream for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the flour and eggs in a mixing bowl until well combined.
  2. Add the milk gradually while stirring to avoid lumps.
  3. Stir in the melted butter and salt.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  5. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and swirl to coat the bottom evenly.
  6. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift and the bottom is golden brown; flip and cook for another minute.
  7. Repeat with the remaining batter to make a stack of crepes.
  8. Spread Nutella on one half of a warm crepe and fold it over.
  9. Serve warm with optional toppings like whipped cream and fresh fruits.

Notes

Batter can be refrigerated for up to 2 days. Resting the batter for 30 minutes improves texture.
