- 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions
- Whisk together the flour and eggs in a mixing bowl until well combined.
- Add the milk gradually while stirring to avoid lumps.
- Stir in the melted butter and salt.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and swirl to coat the bottom evenly.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift and the bottom is golden brown; flip and cook for another minute.
- Repeat with the remaining batter to make a stack of crepes.
- Spread Nutella on one half of a warm crepe and fold it over.
- Serve warm with optional toppings like whipped cream and fresh fruits.
Notes
Batter can be refrigerated for up to 2 days. Resting the batter for 30 minutes improves texture.
