Description

Deliciously soft and indulgent crepes filled with rich Nutella, perfect for breakfast or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • Big pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • Nutella, for filling
  • Powdered sugar, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, sugar, salt, milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Sieve the batter through a sieve into another bowl to remove any lumps.
  3. Chill the batter in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  4. Cook the crepes in a nonstick pan over medium heat, pouring in enough batter to form a thin layer.
  5. Flip the crepe when bubbles form, cooking until both sides are golden.
  6. Assemble the crepes by folding the edges inward and filling the center with Nutella.
  7. Roll up the crepes and serve, dusting with powdered sugar if desired.
