- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- Big pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- Nutella, for filling
- Powdered sugar, for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Mix the flour, sugar, salt, milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Sieve the batter through a sieve into another bowl to remove any lumps.
- Chill the batter in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
- Cook the crepes in a nonstick pan over medium heat, pouring in enough batter to form a thin layer.
- Flip the crepe when bubbles form, cooking until both sides are golden.
- Assemble the crepes by folding the edges inward and filling the center with Nutella.
- Roll up the crepes and serve, dusting with powdered sugar if desired.
