Description

A rich and creamy Oreo cheesecake that combines the classic Oreo cookie with a fluffy cheesecake filling, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chopped Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup chocolate ganache

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Prepare the crust by mixing the Oreo cookie crumbs with melted butter and pressing it into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Make the filling by beating the softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Add the chopped Oreo cookies and fold to combine.
  6. Combine the filling mixture with the crust in the springform pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Cool the cheesecake to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Serve with a drizzle of chocolate ganache and additional chopped Oreo cookies.
