- 2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chopped Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup chocolate ganache
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Prepare the crust by mixing the Oreo cookie crumbs with melted butter and pressing it into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Make the filling by beating the softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add the chopped Oreo cookies and fold to combine.
- Combine the filling mixture with the crust in the springform pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Cool the cheesecake to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve with a drizzle of chocolate ganache and additional chopped Oreo cookies.
