  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon for peaches
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon for cobbler crumb
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour for cobbler crumb
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 23 tbsp milk for glaze
  • optional: 2 tbsp graham cracker crumbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the peach cobbler topping: Combine peaches, brown sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently until softened.
  2. Thicken the mixture: Whisk cornstarch and water in a bowl, add to peaches, and simmer until juices thicken.
  3. Make the cobbler crumb: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C), mix flour, sugars, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  4. Prepare the crumb mixture: Add melted butter, mix until clumps form, bake for 8–10 minutes until golden, then cool.
  5. Prepare the cheesecake topping: Beat cream cheese until smooth, add powdered sugar and vanilla, mix until no lumps.
  6. Add heavy cream to the cheesecake mixture, mix until thick and creamy, then refrigerate.
  7. Shape the donut rings: Separate biscuits and cut out centers to form rings.
  8. Heat the oil: Heat vegetable oil over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
  9. Fry the donuts: Fry donut rings in batches for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and puffed.
  10. Make the glaze: Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  11. Glaze the donuts: Dip tops into glaze or drizzle it over each donut.
  12. Top with cheesecake mixture: Spoon or pipe cheesecake topping on each donut.
  13. Add peach cobbler topping, letting some sauce drip down sides.
  14. Finish with cobbler crumbs, pressing lightly to adhere.
  15. Serve immediately or chill briefly to set layers before enjoying.

Notes

Fresh peaches provide the best flavor, but frozen works well too. Adjust spices to your taste. Donuts can be baked for a healthier option.
