Description

A colorful and refreshing tropical fruit salad perfect for parties, picnics, or as a sweet snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 30-oz can fruit cocktail in juice
  • 1 20-oz can pineapple chunks in juice
  • 1 8-oz can mandarin orange slices
  • 1 10-oz bag mini marshmallows
  • 1 24-oz container of sour cream
  • 1 box orange-flavored gelatin

Instructions

  1. Drain the fruit by pouring all canned fruit into a colander and letting it sit to allow the juices to drain.
  2. Prepare the dressing by combining sour cream and orange gelatin in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the drained fruit and mini marshmallows to the bowl and gently mix.
  4. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  5. Serve the salad chilled, stirring before serving.

Notes
