A classic treat made with marshmallows and Rice Krispies that brings a satisfying crunch and sweet flavor.
Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 package (10 oz) mini marshmallows
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
- Add the mini marshmallows and stir continuously until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and optionally add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- Pour in the Rice Krispies cereal and stir until coated.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
- Cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
To store, keep in an airtight container for up to a week. For best freshness in humid areas, refrigerate.
