Description

Delightful S’mores Bars with chewy, crunchy, and gooey textures for the perfect treat.


Ingredients

  • 9 pieces graham crackers, crushed into crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 9 ounces chocolate of your choice, melted (milk, dark, or white chocolate)
  • 1 cup marshmallow cream or fluff (or 24 marshmallows if using the baked method)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your dish: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. Mix the crust: In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Press the crust: Pour the crumb mixture into the prepared dish and press it down firmly to create an even layer.
  4. Add the chocolate: Melt the chocolate and pour it over the graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
  5. Add marshmallow fluff: Dollop the marshmallow cream on top of the chocolate and swirl it slightly.
  6. Chill: Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes.
  7. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  8. Prepare your dish: Line a different baking dish with parchment paper.
  9. Mix the crust: As in the no-bake method, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  10. Press the crust: Press the mixture into the bottom of the lined dish.
  11. Add the chocolate: Layer the melted chocolate over the crust.
  12. Add marshmallows: Place the 24 marshmallows over the chocolate.
  13. Bake: Put the dish in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes.
  14. Cool and cut: Let it cool before cutting into bars.
