- 9 pieces graham crackers, crushed into crumbs
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 9 ounces chocolate of your choice, melted (milk, dark, or white chocolate)
- 1 cup marshmallow cream or fluff (or 24 marshmallows if using the baked method)
Instructions
- Prepare your dish: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Mix the crust: In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the crust: Pour the crumb mixture into the prepared dish and press it down firmly to create an even layer.
- Add the chocolate: Melt the chocolate and pour it over the graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
- Add marshmallow fluff: Dollop the marshmallow cream on top of the chocolate and swirl it slightly.
- Chill: Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes.
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare your dish: Line a different baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mix the crust: As in the no-bake method, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the crust: Press the mixture into the bottom of the lined dish.
- Add the chocolate: Layer the melted chocolate over the crust.
- Add marshmallows: Place the 24 marshmallows over the chocolate.
- Bake: Put the dish in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes.
- Cool and cut: Let it cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or drizzle with chocolate sauce for added sweetness.
