- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare the Batter: Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt in a bowl. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, then add milk and melted butter. Gradually combine the wet and dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.
- Cook the Crepes: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet, swirling to spread evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift, then flip and cook another minute. Repeat with remaining batter.
- Make the Filling: Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Assemble the Crepes: Spread strawberry cream filling on one half of a warm crepe, fold it over, and place on a plate. Garnish with additional strawberries or powdered sugar if desired.
Notes
Use a non-stick skillet for easy flipping and consider resting the batter for 30 minutes for more tender crepes.
