Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Make the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Prepare the cheesecake filling by beating cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Mix in the sour cream until fully combined.
- Assemble the cheesecake by pouring the batter over the prepared crust.
- Swirl in the strawberry sauce on top using a knife.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set with a slight jiggle.
- Cool and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
