Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the berries with half of the brown sugar. Allow them to sit.
  3. Combine the oats, flour, the other half of the brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl.
  4. Pour the melted butter into the oat mixture. Stir until crumbly.
  5. Layer your berry mixture in a baking dish. Top with the oat mixture.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving warm.
