- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the berries with half of the brown sugar. Allow them to sit.
- Combine the oats, flour, the other half of the brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl.
- Pour the melted butter into the oat mixture. Stir until crumbly.
- Layer your berry mixture in a baking dish. Top with the oat mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let it cool slightly before serving warm.
