Description

Creamy and rich cheesecake bars with a crunchy graham cracker crust, perfect for sharing at gatherings or family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Chocolate ganache or salted caramel (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup of sugar in a mixing bowl. Press into the bottom of the dish.
  3. Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add 1 cup of granulated sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the sour cream and heavy cream until smooth.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and spread evenly. Bake for 45-50 minutes until edges are set and center jiggles slightly.
  7. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  8. Top with chocolate ganache or salted caramel before serving.

Notes

Chill fully for best texture and consider topping with fresh berries or whipped cream for added flavor.
