- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Chocolate ganache or salted caramel (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup of sugar in a mixing bowl. Press into the bottom of the dish.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add 1 cup of granulated sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fluffy.
- Add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the sour cream and heavy cream until smooth.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and spread evenly. Bake for 45-50 minutes until edges are set and center jiggles slightly.
- Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Top with chocolate ganache or salted caramel before serving.
Notes
Chill fully for best texture and consider topping with fresh berries or whipped cream for added flavor.
