Classic S’mores Bars are the perfect dessert to share with friends and family, bringing the nostalgic campfire treat to your kitchen in a convenient bar format.

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4–5 milk or dark chocolate bars (approx. 1 1/2 cups)
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish, reserving 1 cup for topping.
- Layer the chocolate bars evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows over the chocolate layer.
- Crumble the reserved graham cracker mixture over the marshmallows.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes until the marshmallows are golden brown.
- Cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before cutting into squares.
