Description

Classic S’mores Bars are the perfect dessert to share with friends and family, bringing the nostalgic campfire treat to your kitchen in a convenient bar format.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 45 milk or dark chocolate bars (approx. 1 1/2 cups)
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish, reserving 1 cup for topping.
  4. Layer the chocolate bars evenly over the crust.
  5. Sprinkle mini marshmallows over the chocolate layer.
  6. Crumble the reserved graham cracker mixture over the marshmallows.
  7. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until the marshmallows are golden brown.
  8. Cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before cutting into squares.
